Newly formed distributor of security and access control systems, TakSec Solutions Pty Ltd, is to meet Australasian government and industry representatives at the forthcoming trade exhibition, Security 2007, to be held at Sydney’s Darling Harbour Exhibition centre.

TakSec Solutions imports and distributes a range of new technologies, including 3D facial recognition, in Australian and New Zealand. Products are from North American manufacturers Bioscrypt and CANSEC.

 

Managing director Trevor May said the company would capitalise on its attendance at Security 2007, widely acknowledged as the premier event in the Australian security industry, by selectively briefing representatives from the public and private sector who were spearheading the adoption of new access control technologies.

“We envisage rapidly growing interest in 3D facial recognition technology in Australasia, especially from government agencies and major companies such as banks.
